Located in the Industrial park of Dapeng Town, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, covering an area of 40,000 square meters and a construction area of 32,000 square meters, it currently has over 200 employees and is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and service.
Raw Materials And Components Procurement Raw materials: High-strength steel plates (e.g., WISCO HG70, Baosteel BS700) for key components (boom, outriggers); 70 manganese steel, Q355 special steel selected by performance needs. Components: Core hydraulic/electrical parts from reputable suppliers; standard parts (bolts, pins) meet strict procurement standards for assembly reliability.
Cutting And Forming Cutting: Laser cutting (±0.1mm precision) for complex structures; CNC plasma flame cutting for thick plates, balancing efficiency and accuracy. Forming: Bending machines for basic shapes; die stamping for complex high-precision parts to ensure consistency.
Machining And Welding Machining: Milling, drilling, turning ensure dimensional accuracy; drive shafts, gears undergo multi-process machining and heat treatment for enhanced performance. Welding: Arc welding, argon arc welding, laser welding for key parts; Fanuc welding robots ensure weld quality and efficiency in mass production.
Transmission and Hydraulic System Installation Transmission system: Precision installation of PTO and drive shafts to guarantee smooth power transmission; strict torque testing for connections. Hydraulic system: Accurate installation of pumps, cylinders, valve groups with rational pipeline layout; post-installation cleaning and debugging to ensure stable operation.
Painting Process Pretreatment: Shot blasting (or pickling/phosphating) removes impurities and enhances coating adhesion. Painting: Multi-layer coating (primer, intermediate, topcoat) with - free protection; eco-friendly, corrosion-resistant paints for appearance and durability.
